What is abuse?
Abuse means that a webshop carries our logo without being a member of stichting Webshop Keurmerk. Reporting this allows us to take appropriate measures against the webshop.
Unfortunately we are unable to provide further assistance with any problems you may have with the webshop.
What is a complaint?
Filing a complaint means that you have an issue with a webshop that is a member of stichting Webshop Keurmerk, and you are unable to resolve that issue.
For instance a product that has not been received, problems with payments, unable to return a product, etc.
